We collect the following personal data:

• Through the contact form: name and email address, along with the content of the message voluntarily submitted by the user.

• Through email communications: any data the user includes in their message.

• Through quote requests: name, email, project description and any additional information voluntarily provided by the user.

No data is collected automatically beyond what is strictly necessary for the technical operation of the website (see Cookie Policy).

The personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:

• Managing and responding to enquiries submitted through the contact form.

• Handling requests for information or quotes regarding the services offered.

• Maintaining the communication necessary for the proper delivery of contracted services.

No unsolicited commercial communications (spam) are sent. There is no subscriber list or newsletter service.

The processing of personal data is based on:

• The consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when submitting the contact form or communicating by email.

• The performance of a contract or the application of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), in the case of quote requests and service delivery.

Personal data will be retained for as long as strictly necessary to respond to the request and, where applicable, for the duration of the professional relationship. Once that relationship has ended, the data will be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it for an additional period.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except in the following cases:

• Technical service providers necessary for the website's operation. In particular, EmailJS is used to send messages from the contact form. This provider acts as a data processor and has its own privacy policy.

• When there is a legal obligation to disclose data to competent authorities.

Some of the technical providers used, such as EmailJS, may involve transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we ensure that these transfers are subject to the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR (European Commission adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms).
